Last week we were delighted to welcome over 70 new faces to Gorey ETSS for our friendship based induction programme.
They were kept busy all week as Year Head Mervyn, along with our student mentors from 2nd year or ‘Cairde’ led them through various activities and exercises designed to ease the transition to secondary and support them making new friends.
We all enjoyed getting to know the many new personalities and building positive rapports from day 1.
